  • 📆 Book Your Project Day

    Choose your date and let us know what you have in mind. This reserves your dedicated spot on our calendar.

  • 🖥️ Set the Agenda (30-min Call)

    Before your Project Day, we’ll meet to define exactly what we’re tackling. We’ll map out the scope, agree on deliverables, and assign you any pre-project “homework” (nothing scary—we promise).

  • ⚙️ Prep for Success (15-min Kickoff)

    At the start of Day 1, we’ll check in to confirm access to all platforms, tools, and accounts. Then, we’re off to the races.

  • 💪🏼 We Get to Work

    Morning of Day 1: We dive in and make major progress.
    Afternoon of Day 1: You review our first draft and send back any feedback.
    Morning of Day 2: We finalize everything based on your notes.

  • 🙋🏼‍♀️ Wrap + Train (1-Hour Call)

    We’ll meet to walk you through the final deliverables, answer any questions, and provide light training if needed. We’ll even record the call so you can reference it anytime.

  • ✋🏼Post-Project Support (You’re Not Alone!)

    You get two 1-hour follow-up calls (at ~30 and ~60 days post-project) to check in, get your lingering questions answered, or review anything you’ve forgotten. Life happens—we’ve got you.
